In the heart of the Cévennes National Park, just a little more than an hour from Montpellier (airport, TGV train station). The site, dominated by Mount Aigoual, abounds in walking and hiking circuits, enabling visitors to become completely immersed in unspoilt countryside, recently classified by Unesco.
The swimming pool and recreation areas
Spread out over the terraces, a large 20 m swimming pool in a panoramic position fully renovated in 2018, another swimming pool redone in 2006, a tennis court, a volleyball court and a French bowls pitch.
An independent house
An old house spanning approx. 200 m², separate from the large, traditional Mas house, is used as a residence by the owners. Completely renovated, it comprises a large living room with a fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a private swimming pool.
The function and meeting rooms
Recently created on a terrace above the swimming pool, a 100 m² function room with a professional kitchen and meeting rooms as well as a sauna and a Jacuzzi.
The traditional Mas house
Spanning approx. 1,000 m², it is divided into 9 self-catering, holiday accommodation units or “gîtes” ranging from 40 to 250 m² and two bedrooms with a total sleeping capacity of 70 people. All are fully fitted, furnished and heated, sometimes with a fireplace and/or a mezzanine floor; most have their own private terrace:
A 250 m² “gîte” for 15 people with 6 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and a fireplace.
A 195 m² “gîte” for 12 people with 5 bedrooms, a fireplace and two shower rooms.
A 150 m² “gîte” for 9 people with a fireplace, a mezzanine floor and two shower rooms.
An 80 m² “gîte” for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and one shower room.
An 80 m² “gîte” for 7 people with 3 bedrooms and one shower room.
An 85 m² “gîte” for 6 people with 2 bedrooms, a mezzanine floor, a fireplace and one shower room.
A 52 m² “gîte” for 5 people with 2 bedrooms and one shower room.
A 42 m² “gîte” for 4 people.
A 40 m² “gîte” for 2 people,
and two 20 m² bedrooms.
A warm and welcoming stone labyrinth where some 70 guests can recharge their batteries in extreme comfort, the estate is one of the biggest of its kind in the whole of the Cévennes Mountain range.
At a time when the preservation of natural heritage has become an economic issue, it combines useful with pleasant by offering its guests a peace and quiet that is resolutely contemplative. The self-catering, holiday accommodation unit or “gîte” also enables visitors to take part in numerous activities in a natural setting that is so dense it was long used as an ultimate refuge by all sorts of rebels and reprobates.
