40 km from Nîmes (170-minute TGV train links to Paris), 70 km from Montpellier (international airport), at the foot of the Cevennes mountains, near to Uzès, Anduze and the Ardèche gorges, near to the beaches and the Camargue region, in the middle of a market town with all shops and amenities. In the peace and quiet, in 2 hectares of walled parklands on the periphery of an urban area.

The upper section of the water storage tanks and the orangery form a terrace on a level with the first floor. The stables, the storage areas and the chapel all have a second level which was once divided and which comprises some spacious areas.
This castle, near to an attractive town, can be lived in straightaway but its modern-day home comforts could be improved. It would also be easy to envisage the conversion of all areas not included in recent works. It is worthy of note that it would be possible to have planning permission to extend the floor surface area linked to the living space by 30%.
