The swimming pool terrace looks down on grasslands. The open lawn area, near to the entrance, provides some amazing points of view. The parklands are fitted with a lighting system. The entrance gates are remote-controlled via a videophone security system. A well, an orchard and a wood complete this property.

Our opinion

This property, with its air of a seaside villa, is in an outstanding countrified setting whilst in the immediate proximity of the town centre. It dominates a vast protected, natural area, representative of the countryside in the low, local valleys. The town of Angers, crossed by the river Maine and near to the banks of the river Loire, is renowned for its mild climate and the quality of its way of life. This property, in pristine condition, can be lived in straightaway. It can equally well be used for private or professional purposes.
