18th century entrance gates open on to a long private driveway off the main road. 14.1297 ha of parklands are walled on three sides and protected on the fourth side by a bordering stream. Right in the centre, between woods and vast stretches of lawn, the buildings stand on level ground surrounded on all sides by dry moats.

In the centre is an 18th century style French parterre featuring lawns, boxwood bushes and a fountain. On the south side, a row of lime trees stand in front of a low retaining wall overlooking the moats.

On the left-hand side of the entrance hall: the dining room (43 m²) with a Louis XV style fireplace and its wooden mantel as well as oak wood herringbone pattern parquet flooring.
In the large kitchen (41 m²), the floor is tiled, a superb range with its extraction hood remains, double doors open on to a stairway going to the first floor, whilst another opens into a corridor leading to a small courtyard. A last door provides access to a smoking room (52 m²): it is features a large wooden fireplace with an eyebrow trumeau and three north-east facing windows looking out over the moats. It has a door leading to a small courtyard.
A tiled kitchen (22 m²), at the end of the north wing, has two windows overlooking the moats, a sink and a small boiler.
