Vieilles Maisons Françaises

The Vieilles Maisons Françaises, Old French Houses, association has three objectives:
To preserve all quality heritage whether large or small, built or landscaped, to unite all the defenders of said heritage, and to encourage the younger generations by passing on expertise and increasing awareness.
It performs this role of heritage knowledge and preservation by means of a network of national and local delegates, a magazine issued 5 times a year, an annual preservation competition, and by actively participating in the heritage days.
The VMF association is going to be celebrating its 50th birthday between June 2007 and June 2008.
Numerous events will take place in Paris and in the Provinces during this jubilee year. Patrice Besse of “Châteaux et Demeures de France”, is pleased to be a partner in some of these events.
