Our opinion
The French stone and red brick facade forms an elegant silhouette, enhanced by an oriel window and a wrought iron balcony. The 1920 townhouse stands on the edge of an affluent street in Uccle, an upmarket district south of the Belgian capital. It has a floor area of 370m² and comprises three levels and a basement with a garage. Today, the interior is a luminous blank canvas, to be composed according to your desires. The existing features are also of high quality: the parquet floors are solid old oak or oiled teak and the original ceilings are moulded. At the back, the garden studded with trees is exceptional, with its white mosaic swimming pool equipped with a counter-current swimming lane.
