for his international and selective clientele.

- Paris centre, for a couple from the other side of the Atlantic, highly motivated by building architectural quality and age, flat with a view over the Seine and between 1,615 and 2,691 sq ft. Works accepted. Budget: 3 to 5 million euros.

- Paris centre Right or Left Bank, pied-à-terre for an art dealer, old quality flat spanning 861 to 1,184 sq ft, ideally with 2 bedrooms, large spacious living room. Budget: 1.5 million euros.

- Paris’ 6th (preferably), 7th or 5th arrondissement: upstairs flat with a minimum of 1,184 sq ft. Peaceful and sunny with a large terrace (at least 161 sq ft).

- Paris centre Left Bank: in a building built before the middle of the 19th century. (Directoire era if possible), garden flat with at least 215 sq ft of space outside.
