Our opinion

Equipped with double-glazed windows, the premises enjoy the irresistible tranquillity of the peaceful rue Pernety as well as the building’s courtyard, all the while surrounded by a true Parisian neighbourhood where many artists, including Alberto Giacometti, once thrived. Away from the maddening crowds of the “single-digit arrondissements”, the flat’s geographical location, near public transportation and in the midst of one of Paris’s picturesque “villages”, makes this the perfect property for tourists who want to explore Paris as well as a convenient and elegant pied-à-terre.
