Our opinion

As for its balcony, it offers views of the commonhold property’s garden as well as the horse chestnut trees lining the avenue, creating a verdant backdrop, whereas its three bedrooms and fluid layout, deftly separating the living areas from the sleeping quarters, produce a comfortable flat for a family or a buyer in search of a tranquil environment in a sought-out neighbourhood. Last, but not least, the metro’s proximity also makes it possible to easily reach the capital’s centre in a matter of minutes.
