Our opinion

This property is almost as close to the centre of Paris as you can get, in an area that has recently undergone plenty of change with the opening of the Paris Commodities Exchange. It is also close to the La Samaritaine department store, the Louvre post office and the new Cartier Foundation. It is astonishing to see just how lively the atmosphere of this district is, in an islet like area that is intact and picturesque. Though it is rationally laid out, this apartment is not without a touch of eccentricity, which is a rare paradox and a perfect basis for wanting to adopt this unique living space that is not out of reach.
