The Third Floor
Equipped with a reversible air-conditioning system, this floor includes the living room-dining room, an open kitchen, a bedroom with a wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower as well as a lavatory. Only accessible via the building’s lift, an interior staircase also connects this level with the flat’s lower floor, while a wide atelier window, facing west, spans an entire wall and generously bathes the living areas in light.
The Second Floor
This level, with hardwood floors throughout, is accessible via the lift as well as the private mansion’s staircase and includes two bedrooms and a large linen cupboard, which could easily be turned into an additional bedroom. Each of the bedrooms comes with a shower room and lavatory, while one of the bedrooms, fitted with storage cupboards like those often found in a kitchen, opens onto the outdoor terrace of nearly 15 m², which includes a spigot and an electrical outlet.

A laundry room was created between the flat’s two floors.
The Basement
A cellar, with a floor area of approximately 15 m², is located under the private mansion.
Our opinion
In a recently renovated private mansion, this duplex flat, ideally located, was converted with the greatest of care, while special attention was paid to each detail and its interior design is not only elegant, but also luminous. Combining comfort with convenience, the well-designed flat has also been given a stylish touch of modernity thanks to its immense atelier window. As an additional and considerable asset, the terrace, sheltered from view, overlooks the courtyard gardens and provides a secluded area for sunbathing facing the setting sun, while, the outskirts of the building are surrounded by the lively shopping streets of a human-sized city, which promises an ideal and sought-after living environment.
