A second bedroom overlooking the courtyard, also with grey carpet and storage space, completes this floor. The air-conditioned top floor features a bright open-plan kitchen, perfectly optimised and finished in deep, matt black. This is followed by a vast reception area centred around a monumental fireplace with insert. The full-width living area has a ridge height of 3.90 m. The dining room is topped by a mezzanine with roof window, currently converted into a study. There is a cellar in the basement. The property benefits from a double south-east/north-west exposure and is particularly bright. The combination of mirror images, the homogeneous flooring - wide strip hardwood - and the colour palette used accentuate the feeling of space. With no neighbours overlooking the flat, there is a precious sense of calm in the heart of such a lively neighbourhood. Our opinion

The refined, graphic design, with its blue and white accents, has all the hallmarks of a Parisian rooftop dwelling. The bright rooms of different sizes contribute to the calm, timeless atmosphere.
