In Neuilly-sur-Seine, an affluent part of the western Paris region, the Chézy district is both calm and much sought-after. Its streets, lined with private mansions boasting carefully tended gardens, reflect the town’s classic elegance, in an ambiance prized for its gentle way of life. Families and strollers pass peacefully by, just a short walk from renowned schools, refined food shops and neighbourhood markets.

Our opinion
In town that is much sought-after due to its quality of life, this top-floor, split level apartment in a modern building enjoys close proximity to shops and parks. It boasts a spacious layout and is ideal as a family home. Movement between the different spaces is fluid and the fittings are comfortable thanks to its simple layout. The period decoration could be brought into phase with modern tastes, in an interior bathed in light through the large windows. Lastly, the absence of overlooking views, combined with the large leafy terrace extending from the living rooms, ensures peace and privacy for future occupants.
