Our opinion

Purchasing land and building a property is not complicated in Italy but it takes time. The local skilled craftsmen are excellent, their know-how extensive and the notion of a good job done is ever-present. The local authorities can sometimes appear impenetrable but, in fact, are no more so than in France or in other European countries. In this case, the project designed by Luca-Zanaroli, an architect from Bologna, has already been approved. The house blends so well into the landscape that there is a very good chance that no modifications will be requested. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a total surface area of 170 m², including the annex buildings. The adjoining plot of land, spanning the same surface area, is also available for purchase. The sea can be seen and, above all, can be reached in just a few minutes. Olive trees have been there for centuries, almond trees for slightly less just like the prickly pear trees.
