This old farm, in the area around Namur, stands at the end of a long-forgotten lane. Its brick and quarry stone block facade looks out over a superb, sunny garden. Wood is everywhere on the inside, from the kitchen to the bedrooms and including the massive beams that adorn the living rooms. A large shed with a mezzanine provides great extension potential. Locals say that “water makes stone sing”, perhaps in reference to the numerous chateaux and abbeys, dominating the tributaries of the river Meuse in the surrounding area.
