Our opinion
Close to the cities of Monopoli and Bari, an authentic Apulian farmhouse, whose origins date back to the early 16th century. This impressive building of historic interest was once owned by the Sforza family, whose coat of arms can still be seen on the main facade. The complex, which features a deconsecrated church, is typical of the regional style of construction at that time, with a load-bearing structure entirely of stone. This promising site, which is awaiting complete renovation, is ideal for a hotel venture, just a few minutes from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea and the Grotta Bianca, considered to be one of the most beautiful in the world.
