Our opinion

The little, discreet and elegant town of Nardò is laid out just a few kilometres from the beaches in the Regional Nature Park of Porto-Selvaggio. Around the Piazza-Salendra and its Baroque palaces, a maze of colourful streets leads to this character house, typical of those on the Salento peninsula. The renovation works, supervised with a masterful hand, have in no way changed the authenticity of the premises, resulting in a comfortable residence, exuding style. Under star-shaped vaults, design furniture harmoniously accompanies stone arches and colonnades, with sculpted capitals. This property opens on to an attractive inner courtyard and provides access to a splendid, 165 m² roof terrace, ideal for appreciating an iced “caffè del nonno” (literally Grandfather’s coffee) in the shade of the gazebo, during the hottest hours of the Mediterranean summer.
