Our opinion
“All that a poet or a painter might dream of, nature has created here!” The words of Georges-Sand in his “Winter in Mallorca”, still faithfully describe the wild beauty of the Tramuntana mountain range. Just a few kilometres from Palma, this range of low mountains, classified as a World Heritage site, is one of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful natural sites. This extensive property, on the heights of the mountain range, spans a total of 97 hectares and includes an impressive 1,700 m², stone residence, dating from the 18th century. Behind its tall facade hides an elegant, authentic interior, in keeping with traditional large, Mallorcan houses. Under its solid, wooden beams, the large rooms are extremely spacious. Although this property has, no doubt, known few additions since its construction, everything is remarkably well preserved and maintained. The view from the terrace stretches over the tops of the orange trees, enhancing the hillsides, and takes in the distant steep peaks of the Balearic Isles.
