Our opinion

Just a stone’s throw from the perimeter walls of Marvão which have dominated the region since the Roman era, “Pomar-Velho” extends over the hillside amongst cork oak trees. The view over San-Mamés nature park from the property’s terraces is stunning. The white residence stands out in contrast against the verdant surroundings. Its thick stone walls conceal a warm, welcoming interior, enhanced with beautiful solid wood and wrought iron features. The estate also includes another house awaiting renovation. This is but an ode to relaxation and the pleasant southern way of life.
