Our opinion
Kea resists. To crowds, to noise, to the obvious. The island guards its secrets with a certain obstinacy, and Koundouros is one of them. Spread over two levels, 175 square metres, three bedrooms, and a terrace that never quite ends; it extends into the air, above the sea, until the eye gives up. The swimming pool, the tranquillity, the beach below — all of this is real and verifiable. Yet what does not appear on any plan is the particular quality of the morning here, when the light arrives from the east and nothing, absolutely nothing, comes to interrupt it.
