Our opinion
This 13th-century house was built at the same time as the stone walls that still surround it. Integrated into the medieval structure itself, it occupies a cliff-top position found nowhere else. The walls that enclose it are not merely decorative: they are its foundations, its boundaries, its history. Every opening onto the sea, every balcony overlooking the cobbled alleyway, speaks of a home that has, for seven centuries, understood how to exist within a unique setting. Restored to the highest standards, it now serves as either a principal residence or a rental property. A property where history is not merely ornamental: it is the very essence of the project. Those who take it on will inherit a living fragment of cyclical heritage.
